• Degree in Law from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with the qualification of Extraordinary Award.

Prize for the Best Academic Record in the Degree in Law (2007-2008), awarded by the Mapfre Guanarteme Foundation of the Canary Islands.

• Executive Master in Business Law by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since 2017 she has formed part of the procedural department of Lagares y Falcón, S.L.P., with the handling of civil and commercial proceedings (proceedings deriving from banking contracts, defence of contractual rights, challenge to social agreements, qualification pieces and bankruptcy incidents, voluntary jurisdiction proceedings, etc.), advice to legal persons in criminal proceedings (corporate offences, offences against workers’ rights, false documentation, etc.), as well as proceedings before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

Advice on corporate, contractual and civil matters, resolution of legal queries and preparation of reports.

Customer service, both in Spanish and English.

Previously, she developed her career during more than seven years in two legal firms of national and international prestige (J&A Garrigues S.L.P. and Deloite Abogados S.L.P.).

TEACHING

Collaboration as a teacher in the Business Advice Expert Course at the Universidad del Atlántico Medio, teaching the module on the qualification of the insolvency proceedings, the conclusion and reopening of the proceedings.
